At Accio Law, we understand that not every client needs—or can afford—full legal representation throughout their entire divorce. That’s why we offer Limited Scope Representation (also known as flat-fee legal services) for divorce and dissolution matters. This option allows clients to receive targeted legal help with specific parts of their case, without hiring an attorney for the entire process.

 

What Is Limited Scope Representation?

Limited Scope Representation (LSR) means that you and your attorney agree in advance on which parts of your divorce case you want legal help with, and which parts you will handle yourself. This arrangement is flexible, affordable, and can be tailored to your specific needs and budget.

Rather than a traditional hourly billing model, flat-fee representation means you pay a clear, upfront fee for a defined legal service. There are no surprises—you know exactly what you’re getting and what it will cost.

Examples of Limited Scope Divorce Services:

• Preparing or reviewing your Petition for dissolution

• Preparing or reviewing your Response to your partner's initial Petition

• Assistance drafting and responding to a Request for Production

• Assistance preparing an asset statement

• Preparing settlement agreements or judgments

• Helping you understand your rights and obligations under Oregon law

Limited scope services are ideal for clients who are:

• Handling a mostly amicable divorce but want help with the legal paperwork

• Needing legal advice or review without full representation

• On a budget but still want quality legal support

At Accio Law, we offer these limited services at flat fees that reflect the scope and complexity of the work involved. Each service is clearly defined, and the fee is agreed to before work begins, so you can plan with confidence.

Please note that under these engagement contracts with our law firm, we do not:

• Represent you in Court

• Communicate with other attorneys on your behalf

• Guarantee a specific outcome in court

These engagements involve flat fee costs, arranged and agreed upon in advance, and due at the time of your meeting with Attorney Jennah Pech.  Below, you can:
