Drafting a Petition for Custody, Parenting Time, and/or Child Support
If you do not already have a custody order, this is where we would start to establish your rights as a parent. This service involves collecting initial information from you, helping draft your petition, explaining the next steps and what you can expect from the Court. It includes a 60-minute consultation with Attorney Jennah Pech where you can ask questions regarding your case.

Agreed-Upon Parenting Plan
We work with you to develop a clear, enforceable parenting plan that reflects your child’s needs and your preferences—whether it’s for a first-time plan or a revision to an existing agreement. Includes discussion of holidays, exchanges, communication, and more. This does not include revisions formal court documents, filing modifications, or similar services. It does include a 30-minute consultation with Attorney Jennah Pech.

Drafting a Motion to Modify Legal Custody or Parenting Time
We prepare the initial paperwork to request a change to an existing custody or parenting time order, including a supporting declaration and proposed parenting plan. This is ideal for clients who know what change they want and need help starting the legal process properly. It includes a 60-minute consultation with Attorney Jennah Pech.

Review and Feedback on Documents
You send us your completed (or partially completed) filings—like a motion, declaration, or parenting plan—and we’ll review them for legal sufficiency, clarity, and effectiveness. You’ll receive specific feedback and suggested edits before you file. This does not include a consultation. Please book a 10-minute consult to initiate.

Responding to a Petition or Motion for Modification
If you’ve been served with a new petition or a modification for a prior petition for custody, parenting time, or request to change custody parenting time and/or child support, this service includes preparing your written response, drafting your declaration, and reviewing the other party’s filings. You’ll get clear legal arguments tailored to your side of the case. This includes a 60-minute consultation with Attorney Jennah Pech.

Stipulated Custody, Parenting Time, and Child Support Judgement
If both parties agree on custody and/or parenting time and/or child support terms, we’ll draft the judgment and any necessary supporting documents to submit to the court for approval—ensuring it’s enforceable and legally sound. This includes 60 minutes of consult time that can be together or split amongst the parents.
