Custody Limited Scope Representation at Accio Law
Focused Legal Support for Custody and Parenting Plan Modifications

Navigating custody arrangements or seeking changes to an existing parenting plan can be overwhelming—especially if you're trying to do it on your own. At Accio Law, we offer Limited Scope Representation (LSR) to give you targeted legal support where you need it most, without the cost or commitment of full-service representation.
Whether you're seeking a change in custody, modifying parenting time, or responding to a motion filed by the other parent, we can step in for specific, well-defined tasks—at a flat rate you can plan for.

What Does Limited Scope Mean?

Limited Scope Representation means that you and your attorney decide in advance which part(s) of your custody or modification case you'll receive help with. This approach works well for parents who want legal guidance on a particular issue or help preparing documents—but not full legal representation throughout the entire case.

Services are billed as flat fees, not hourly (or in portions of hours!), so there’s clarity from the beginning about what the service includes and how much it will cost.

Common Flat-Fee Custody & Modification Services Include:
-
Preparing or reviewing modification petitions or responses
-
Drafting or updating a parenting plan
-
Advising on Oregon custody law and how it applies to your situation
-
Reviewing documents or proposals from the other party
Why Choose Limited Scope?
This option is ideal for clients who:
-
Are handling most of their case but want help with key legal tasks
-
Want to represent themselves with a safety net of legal advice
-
Need affordable support for a specific issue, such as relocation, supervised visits, or holiday schedules
-
Prefer transparent, upfront pricing over open-ended hourly billing
Predictable Fees. Practical Support.
With flat-fee, limited scope services from Accio Law, you're empowered to manage your case while still having access to experienced legal guidance. It’s a flexible, cost-effective way to get the help you need—when you need it—so you can protect your rights and your child’s best interests.
