Limited Scope Representation means that you and your attorney decide in advance which part(s) of your custody or modification case you'll receive help with. This approach works well for parents who want legal guidance on a particular issue or help preparing documents—but not full legal representation throughout the entire case.

Services are billed as flat fees, not hourly (or in portions of hours!), so there’s clarity from the beginning about what the service includes and how much it will cost.

These engagements involve flat fee costs, arranged and agreed upon in advance, and due at the time of your meeting with Attorney Jennah Pech.  Below, you can:
